About this Course

Yang/Yin combines the best elements of the yoga world. The first half of the class includes challenging poses to build heat and strengthen muscles. The second half includes calming floor poses to relax and lengthen muscles. You will leave the class feeling balanced and relaxed. Please bring your own yoga mat.
