About this Course

Life is characterized by many transitions that can often present significant challenges. During this session, Deni Fitzpatrick will identify various transitions we encounter—including those relating to family, relationships, grief, loss, career, and identity—and discuss the essential tools and support systems required to navigate these changes successfully.
