About this Course

Connect with local seniors and your community while you learn about issues and resources that affect older adults in the Sturgeon Region. This option is for transportation from Calahoo Seniors Club and Villeneuve Athletic Association. Pickup time in Calahoo is estimated to be 8:30 a.m. and Villeneuve pickup time is estimated to be 8:47 a.m. You will receive an email prior to the event with exact pickup/dropoff times and information. Light Breakfast will be from 9:30- 10:00 a.m. Presentations: Get your home ready for sale, How to down size, tradeshow featuring activities to keep you busy in retirement, FitMinds program Light Continental Breakfast, Lunch, and transportation included. Program over approx 3:00pm
