About this Course

Walk and Talk Group Join us for this informal program designed to bring our community together while enjoying the beauty of Sturgeon County’s scenic paths. On a bi-weekly basis, we will gather for a walk where participants can connect, get active, and enjoy the refreshing outdoors. Whether you are looking to get outside, meet your neighbors, or enjoy a peaceful walk, this program offers a wonderful opportunity to connect with nature and your community. Please come dressed for the weather as we will walk rain or shine. We look forward to sharing this experience with you on the trail! Please note we do not provide childcare. You are responsible for your children’s supervision.
