About this Course

This workshop will offer an overview of the Will, Power of Attorney, and Personal Directive. We will explain these documents and the discuss the importance of having them, including what happens if you do not have them when needed. We will discuss tips for choosing a personal representative (executor), considerations for blended families, and the importance of talking with your family about your wishes.
