About this Course

Rise and shine and get your metabolism going for the day! This early morning workout is a great total body workout for all fitness levels. The class will consist of a variety of workouts each week. New moms that are eight weeks post-natal can attend with their child under the age of one with the understanding that the child will be able to participate alongside their mom in a stroller. Childcare will be provided for other children.
